Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a fault:
Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Hygiene & Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive faulty.

Custom and made‑to‑order pieces are non‑refundable, except in cases of confirmed faults
Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care is not considered a manufacturing fault.
